All sales are final. Due to the nature of our made-to-order graphic T-shirts, custom apparel, and handmade crochet items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tamitimetees@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.

Color and Sizing

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and color selections carefully before purchasing.
